Your Body Matters!

Body Matters is a Ladies Only Fitness Centre, designed to meet the needs of real ladies in the real world.  Whatever your fitness level or age, our dedicated Instructors can tailor make a programme to suit your ability and help to deliver results! The Body Matters total body workout combines air resisted equipment with a cardio workout, so you’re burning fat, toning muscles and increasing your fitness all at the same time – now that’s what we call multi tasking. Best of all, there’s no waiting to use equipment – our buzzer system keeps everyone moving. We have no mirrors in either of our circuits and you won’t need any expensive exercise clothing, and as we only recommend 3 visits each week, it’s easy to slot into the most hectic schedule.

Our 30 Minute programmes are our most popular memberships and are perfect for most ladies. All programmes are designed around individual abilities and anyone, of any ability can improve their figure, fitness and energy levels using our proven method of exercise.

 

If you want More than 30 minutes

We also offer a 60 minute Double Impact Programme which is perfect for ladies who want to push their bodies that little bit harder.  Using our extensive knowledge we work your muscle groups using different techniques and speeds to give amazing results.

 

 

Unlike other gyms we carry on looking after you as part of your standard membership.  Our fully trained and experienced instructors are always on hand to keep you motivated and to make sure you are still achieving results.  Our programmes are as individual as our members and we reassess you every 10-12 weeks to make sure your programme is still helping you achieve the best results possible. We are also able to help out with nutritional advice to make sure your diet is healthy and not slowing the weight loss.

Whatever your goals, our individual programmes are designed to ensure you get results. Whether it’s simply fitting some exercise into your busy lifestyle, or losing some weight, we’ll create a programme just for you. As a new member your sessions are booked so we can take you step by step through everything, checking your technique and making sure you are getting the most out of your 30 minutes. Our service doesn’t stop once you are confident to do the workout on your own – we’re always nearby for advice or a chat.

Body Zone

To compliment the Body Matters Programme you could also try one of our Body Zone’s fitness workouts.  Designed to really make your heart pump and your muscles work, BodyZone is a fun, instructor led workout. Various workouts run throughout the day, including LBT's, Core Strength, Cardio Blast & Body Zone
